Who can use the Weight-Loss Diet?
The Weight-Loss Diet works for almost everyone, young, old, male, female. You can use Weight-Loss Diet if your BMI value is not lower than 20. Always check with your doctor before beginning any new weight loss program. Do NOT use Weight-Loss Diet if you are pregnant or nursing. The only patients we do not recommend for use of Weight-Loss Diet are patients with cancer, pregnant patients, and nursing mothers.
How much weight can I expect to lose?
We make no claims about expectations of weight loss on the Weight-Loss Diet diet. Every person is different and each body reacts differently to the diet and hormone. We typically see about 20-40 pounds of weight loss per 6 weeks.
Will I keep the weight off?
After the Weight-Loss Diet, you will find your appetite has decreased, your eating behavior will be dramatically altered and your body will, of course, have changed. This is the perfect opportunity to adopt that healthy lifestyle to maintain your weight. You will find a minimum amount of exercise will be sufficient for maintaining a very healthy body В– from yoga, to 15 minutes of cardio a day, or whatever you enjoy, that keeps your heart moving. With your hypothalamus reset, your metabolism will be different and you will be able to eat moderately without feeling the need to overeat. Amongst the people who have tried this program, 70 to 90% have had hardly any or no difficulty maintaining their new, ideal weight. We also have patients do the Glycemic Index diet as a lifestyle change after the Weight-Loss Diet. This allows patients to continue losing weight and keep the weight off.
Why the 500 calorie diet?
Weight-Loss Diet causes your hypothalamus to mobilize the fat out of the fat storage locations so that itВ’s available for use. While you are only consuming 500 calories, your hypothalamus is continually releasing the fat stored in your body. Because of this, your body is actually operating on thousands of calories a day. This is the reason that people on the Weight-Loss Diet lose weight so quickly.
Will I be hungry on 500 calories a day?
It is common for mild hunger during the first few days. However, this will pass by the second week. You will find even very tiny servings to be completely satisfying. This is partly due to your hypothalamus adjusting your metabolic rate, but largely due to the amount of calories circulating in your system from the fat being released. It is common that people on the Weight-Loss Diet feel as though they are stuffing themselves in order to reach that 500 calorie limit.
What is the difference between homeopathic HCG and Weight-Loss Diet injections?
The Weight-Loss Diet we sell is prescribed. The way the homeopathic HCG is produced (in a nutshell) is by taking small amounts of the original strength HCG and making it into a sublingual mixture which is administered under the tongue. The homeopathic version is then taken 6 times a day to keep the amount of HCG in your body constant. We have many clients who have tried both versions, and report minimal weight loss with homeopathic versus the prescription we give.
Will I lose more weight if I use the Weight-Loss Diet injections instead of the homeopathic HCG?
Do I need a prescription for homeopathic HCG drops?
Congress passed a law in 1938 declaring that homeopathic remedies are to be regulated by the FDA in the same manner as nonprescription, over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, which means that they can be purchased without a physicianВ’s prescription. We feel more confident about the real Weight-Loss Diet and it benefits so we use the real Weight-Loss Diet instead of the homeopathic HCG.
Is it healthy to lose weight quickly with the Weight-Loss Diet?
While losing weight rapidly without the use of Weight-Loss Diet would be unhealthy, the Weight-Loss Diet in fact changes this. You lose fat and the weight loss comes directly from this fat loss and does not strip the body.
Will the Weight-Loss Diet diet interfere with medications my doctor has prescribed to me?
It is a good idea to consult with your doctor before beginning any weight loss program. This is why we have a Board Certified Family Physician who runs this program.
What is the hypothalamus gland?
The hypothalamus gland moderates the thyroid, adrenals, fat storage, and more importantly, your metabolic rate.
Will my birth control methods be affected by using Weight-Loss Diet?
Weight-Loss Diet will not interfere with any form of birth control.
Are there any side effects with using Weight-Loss Diet?
There are no side effects associated with Weight-Loss Diet. Very few experience slight headaches or dizziness for the first few days but this is extremely rare and mild. The Weight-Loss Diet has been used for weight loss for 50+ years, so there is plenty of evidence to back up its safety.
Is the Weight-Loss Diet FDA approved?
No, but we have found out that it is safe and very effective in weight loss that we can use it.
Why do you use B12 in conjunction with Weight-Loss Diet?
Vitamin B12 is also called Cobalamine, and is one of the eight water-soluble B vitamins. All of these B vitamins help the body in converting carbohydrates into glucose or sugar, which is burned in order to produce energy for the functioning of the body. These are often referred to as B complex vitamins, and are also essential for the breakdown of fats and proteins. These also help maintain muscle tone, protect the mucus lining in the digestive tract and mouth, and upkeep good health of the nervous system and organs like the liver, skin, hair and eyes. The other important function of Vitamin B12 is very similar to other B complex vitamins; Cobalamine is considered to be an excellent anti-stress vitamin since it is believed to enhance the healthy functioning of the immune system and improves the body’s ability to fight stressful conditions.
